Early Life

James Harden was born on August 26, 1989, in Los Angeles, California. He was born to James Harden Sr. and Monja Willis, and they raised him. He was the youngest of their three kids.

Harden reached 13.2 points per game during his sophomore year at Artesia High School. Artesia scored 18.8 points per game. How did Harden do in his junior year? He went up to 18.8 points and helped Artesia win the California state title.

College Career
