Andi Dorfman From the Bachelorette is Expecting Her First Child With Her Husband, Blaine Hart

The former Bachelorette, Andi Dorfman, has announced that she is expecting their first child with her husband, Blaine Hart, and they are beginning their family.

“Future Parents Together!” On Sunday, August 4, Dorfman, 37, posted a caption to a photo on Instagram. She displayed her growing baby bulge on the sonogram picture that she and Hart clutched. It would be an understatement to say we are ecstatic! Later this year, Baby Hart will be here.

Dorfman and Hart have expressed openly their wish to start a family. “Do you want to have kids right away?” a fan asked them during an Instagram Q&A in November 2022. Hart retorted that they desired to have children “yesterday.”

Four months later, Dorfman talked about how she was able to avoid the pressure of getting married and having a child by a specific age by freezing her eggs before turning thirty. “It was the best decision I ever made to freeze my eggs,” she stated to E! News in March 2023.

“In retrospect, even though I didn’t realize it at the time, I’m really glad I did it because I know that it prevented me from settling.”

Dorfman said she was thankful her plans changed even though she had previously thought she would get married and have a family by the time she was thirty.

She declared, “I’m not in denial about my age, and I do want kids.” And by the time my first child is born, I’ll be 36, if not 37, preferably. And I believe it maintained my expectations high simply by keeping that in the back of my mind.

It would take Dorfman a few years to meet her true love, despite her early hopes of finding a lifelong partner through reality TV. After keeping their affair a secret for several months, she officially announced her relationship with Hart on Instagram in December 2021. Though they had initially met in college 15 years prior, the couple began dating after reuniting while on different holidays in Italy.

In March 2022, Dorfman and Hart made the announcement of their engagement. A year later, in May 2023, they were married in Italy.

Dorfman talked about how she realized Hart was the one for her two months prior to their wedding. “I never doubted he was The One,” she revealed in an exclusive interview with Us Weekly in March 2023. “I don’t recall ever thinking, ‘Oh, yeah, this is the man I’m going to marry.'” We never went without each other, enjoyed ourselves, and it all added up to become what we have now.

In 2014, Dorfman made an appearance on Juan Pablo Galavis’s season 18 of The Bachelor. Later that year, he starred in The Bachelorette’s season 10. Josh Murray, the last rose recipient she was engaged to, broke up with her in January 2015.
