Ruben Studdard and Clay Aiken reunited on The View on December 12. Before talking to the co-hosts, the couple sang Donny Hathaway’s “This Christmas” in holiday jumpers.
Clay, 44, said that 2023 will mark 20 years since he and Ruben, 44, competed in American Idol’s second season. The women praised their festive performance. Sunny Hostin asked Ruben and Clay to return to the reality show after some entertaining reminders that they won and finished second. Ruben promised to return to the show.
