Kourtney Kardashian is speaking out about her IVF experience.

The reality TV actress, who discussed her fertility struggles on The Kardashians, explained how she’s feeling in an Instagram story on Thursday.

“Finally started getting my energy back 10 months after quitting IVF,” the 43-year-old scribbled on the dashboard of her treadmill. “It gets better for anyone else going through it!”

Kardashian and her husband Travis Barker have been open about their reproductive issues, and many of their doctor appointments and therapies have been featured on her family’s reality show, The Kardashians.

Barker told GQ last month why he’s “never been fazed” talking about the IVF journey and all they’ve been through.

Barker said he doesn’t “give an f—-” about being candid with viewers and has “never been fazed by any of that” in scenes where the pair is seen undergoing reproductive procedures, including Kardashian going in for an egg-retrieval operation.

“I don’t care if I’m c—-ing in a cup or whatever; it’s real life,” he said, adding that openly expressing their experience “may benefit people.”

“Seeing Kourtney’s journey through IVF [in-vitro fertilization], which is super difficult for a woman, you saw her struggle with it and talk about it.

That’s real. And there are however many millions of dudes who have to go give their sperm for this same procedure. So it’s, like, relatable, you know?” he told the outlet.

Kardashian and Barker, both 46, have been candid about their IVF experience, which Kardashian endured in order to add to their blended family of five children.

Kardashian has three children: sons Reign Aston, 7, and Mason Dash, 12, as well as daughter Penelope Scotland, 10, while Barker has two children: Alabama Luella, 16, and Landon Asher, 19.

Before commenting on the process on The Kardashians in April, Kardashian informed mom Kris Jenner that it was “terrible,” adding, “Travis and I want to have a kid, so my doctor put us down this road of trying IVF, and it hasn’t been the most amazing experience.”

“Every single person on social media is always like, ‘Kourtney’s pregnant, Kourtney’s pregnant, Kourtney’s gained so much weight,’ I’m like, it’s really cruel to remark on somebody when you have no idea what they’re actually going through,” Kardashian added to her mother.
