Officials Obtain an Arrest Warrant in the Death of Shanquella Robinson, 25

Authorities in Mexico have said that they have made a big step forward in the case of a woman from North Carolina whose body was found in Cabo San Lucas and whose death has not been solved.

Steven Romo of NBC News said in a report that there are still questions to be answered, even though there is more evidence that she may have been attacked before she died.
