Reggie Bullock attended Kinston High Vikings high school and played for its basketball team. He led his high school basketball team to three state championship games. he was named Most Valuable Player and scored a team high of 15 points during the 2010 championship game against West Caldwe, scored a team high of 15 points.

Bullock was selected by the Los Angeles Clippers with the 25th overall pick in the 2013 NBA draft and signed his first contract with Los Angeles on July 11, 2013. He made his NBA debut on October 29, 2013, where he played against the Los Angeles Lakers. He scored two points.

Bullock was traded to the Phoenix Suns on January 15, 2015. However he made his debut for the Suns against his former team, the Clippers, in a 120–100 loss. He was again recalled by the Suns.

Bullock was traded to the Detroit Pistons on July 9, 2015. On December 19, he was assigned to the Grand Rapids Drive, the Pistons’ D-League affiliate. He was recalled by the Pistons the very next day.
